Open GhostPeg on this computer. Bring your drawing to the workshop, choose a creation type and click Create. Text is optional when using a reference. An image with a 3D appearance is still an image; a 3D model contains a mesh you can export as GLB on your PC. Transformation and GLB export run on your PC.
